Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper service provided to each and every customers as par policy
∎ Develop and implement an effective and efficient credit policy, approval process that properly addresses client character, Nature of Business, capacity of the company.
∎ Work with risk management to identify current and potential credit risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies.
∎ Ensure proper filling up of application forms by clients.
∎ Ensure collection of all documents from the respective clients only and also concerned regarding the authentication of those documents.
∎ Attend customer and meet queries
∎ Inform senior management for any dispute with client.
∎ Provide collection update to the senior management from time to time
