Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in related subject from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Tele Marketing

Job Context:
∎ Deposit Collection from clients.
∎ Should have experience in Telemarketing.
∎ Knowledge of Land & Apartment sale will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deposit Collection from clients.
∎ Contact with Customers to notify about our Services.
∎ Maintain good contact with the Customers on regular basis.
∎ Call existing & new customer portfolio to maintain and achieve their services and needs.
∎ Driving new sales, prospecting new business, developing existing leads.
∎ Updating all systems and CRM databases.
∎ Prepare monthly sales analysis report.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis and reporting.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly Sales & Service breakdown data analysis.
∎ Developing summary reports as per management's requirement of Service data.
∎ Data collection from Sales & Marketing and Services department, check, analysis, compile data & report according to the organizational & management requirement.
∎ Sharing & submit report to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Deposit Collection from clients.
∎ Knowledge of Land & Apartment sale will be preferable.
