∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Organizational Skills, Problem Solving

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all project new machinery installation, commissioning and testing and follow up sewing maintenance.
∎ Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance program in all production machineries including sewing, cutting & finishing to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other garments production machineries.
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as planning, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality for best machine management systems.
∎ Attend the pre-production and production meetings to understand the requirement and create the maintenance plan accordingly.
∎ Manage availability of machines as per the production plan and oversee maintenance of equipment that may be required for production.
∎ Ensure machines, spare, folders & mould availability during change over time.
∎ Control NPT and line feeding gap by working proactively/pre analyzing to meet QCO.
∎ Review maintenance schedules created by the mechanics and make amends wherever needed.
∎ Respond to machine/equipment breakdowns by diagnosing faults and therefore taking corrective action with the maintenance team.
∎ Maintain the optimal inventory management of the materials & spares by coordinating with MCD & supply chain department.
∎ Good Connection with machine suppliers, venders.
∎ Ensure PPE and maintain safety legislation at workplace. And initiating training for machine safety operation and maintenance.
∎ Prepare reports and update management on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Practical knowledge on production machineries maintenance (sewing, cutting & finishing).
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Honest, Sincere & Responsible
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
