Minimum Graduation.
Work in reputed Suits factory is must.
Technically sound in Formalwear (Blazer, Dress pant, Waist Coat).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point.
Understand about technical sheet & artwork during cutting for Formalwear (item - Blazer, Waist Coat, Trouser)
To ensure all the fabrics and necessary details received to start for new style.
To maintain 100% accurate cut plan according to the shared plan with the merchandiser.
Ensure correct style, color & shading.
Minimize the waste of fabric by avoiding cutting defect & get the maximum output.
Maintain at least three days WIP in cutting.
Review monthly shipment schedule & cutting plan for item- Blazer, Waist coat, Trouser.
Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration
Follow up Hourly production report.
Follow up in-line Quality related report.
Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
Follow up department wise goal & achievement.
Develop & improve cutting techniques continuously.
Coordination with planning, merchandising & production team.
Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company
