Skills Required: Dealing with Government Officials,Factory Administration,Housekeeping,Security Management,Transport Management
Additional Requirements:
Experience in RMG factory will given preference.
Strong knowledge of factory administration, compliance, health & safety, and security management.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage all administrative functions including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, health & safety, and other support services.
- Oversee employee facilities to maintain a safe and worker-friendly environment.
- Ensure compliance with factory rules, government regulations, and buyer requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and service vendors for uninterrupted factory operations.
- Prepare and monitor admin budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Supervise the admin team and ensure timely reporting & documentation.
- Act as a key support function to HR, Compliance, and Production teams.
