∎ Skills Required: Access Point, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, FTTX, IP, IPV6, LAN, NAT, OS, WAN, Wireless Networking.
∎ Networking: Cisco/Juniper/ Fortinet certifications.
∎ Microsoft certification like MCSA / Could computing or Higher.
∎ Security: IT security certifications like CISO/CISSP/CISM/CEH will be added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Eurotelbd Online Limited is looking for Assistant Engineer - Tech Support, Technology Division, ISP/IIG.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates from Barisal divisional region.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, link delivery and troubleshooting of customer premise devices.
∎ Diagnosing customer end network configuration issues and network performance.
∎ New customer Internet and data service provisioning for customer end devices like OLT, Mikrotik, 4. Cisco, Juniper, router, and switches.
∎ Customer focused with pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Liaising with last mile service providers for new connectivity and fault resolution.
∎ Coordinate with network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues (fault notification).
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IIG, ISP, IT, Tech Support, Technology Division.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IIG, ICX, NTTN.
∎ Must have Practical experiences in Core Network at least 3 years as a systems administrator.
∎ Must have practical experience in Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO & JUNIPER) & Switch (CISCO, HUAWEI & JUNIPER).
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and quick decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking.
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall.
∎ Should have strong networking knowledge.
∎ Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get preference.
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork.
∎ Able to work in roster schedule.
