Job Context:
∎ Eurotelbd HRM is searching for customer service professionals to work closely with other associated team members to provide outstanding service to the ensure customer satisfaction through answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems for a "Renowned Internet services provider Organization`` to work under Eurotelbd contract.
∎ Contract Type: Contract with Eurotelbd Online Ltd.
∎ Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: over phone, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
∎ Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
∎ Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
∎ Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
∎ Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems.
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other services.
∎ Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Telecom, IIG, ISP, IT, Tech Support, Technology Division.
∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel with CRM.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
