∎ H.S.C/B.A/B. Sc from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure daily yarn issue to knitting department as per time frame.
∎ To coordinate with Departmental head for smooth yarn unloading against various spinning factors.
∎ To ensure time to time bin card update & compare with stock register.
∎ Keep yarn in store count wise, lot wise & brand wise in same area.
∎ Keep clean store & follow compliance activities.
∎ Keep always update yarn test for new lot & return receive after test.
∎ Follow-up with vendor for material discrepancy.(for any damages / shortages).
∎ To check Inventory/Transporter bills properly to avoid and kinds of mismatch.
∎ To ensure dead stock disposal from the yarn store.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory is mandatory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
