Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the operation of injection molding machines to achieve production targets.
∎ Monitor machine settings, adjustments, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs or escalate to maintenance staff as needed.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure manufactured hangers meet specified standards.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks on produced hangers and implement corrective measures where necessary.
∎ Lead and manage a team of machine operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
∎ Schedule shifts, manage workload distribution, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
∎ Monitor raw material inventory and ensure adequate stock for uninterrupted production.
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including output, machine maintenance logs, and quality control data.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, troubleshoot problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
∎ Understanding of safety regulations and practices in manufacturing

∎ Age 20 to 25 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Molding Machine, Operation Maintenance, Troubleshooting problems.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
