Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University.
∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accessories Manufacturing, Garments, Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to operate a large volume of accessories production by manufacturing Elastic Tapes; Woven/Crochet Knitted, Cotton Tapes/Drawstrings & Printed Labels, etc. on European-Jakob Mueller, Comez & Willy’s Machines;
∎ Implement production plan & achieving target of production for accessories items;
∎ Carry out all the assigned responsibilities in executing the production operation;
∎ Assist to prepare monthly requirement of raw material, packing materials;
∎ Ensure maximum capacity utilization of machinery of all sections, good housekeeping & proper utilization of manpower;
∎ Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality/standard as per Buyer requirement;
∎ Prepare MIS report and submit to the Management.

∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
∎ Familiar in MS-Office
