Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities for sewing & Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, maintenance, store, IE & Planning team for smooth operation of production and report production manager / head of production.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets within given time-frame.
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem-solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Identify bottleneck operation and take necessary steps to solve.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects)
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing responsible to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.
∎ Familiar with SMV/SAM, Efficiency, DHU & 7-point quality checking system.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
