Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Diploma in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor/Honors
• Minimum Diploma/B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Graduation in any discipline.

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 28 to 38 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning Mills, Garments, Textile.
• Good MS Office, Excel, MIS Software & Emailing skill.
• Must be dynamic, result oriented, cost-conscious and conversant with modern spinning production related quality management system.
• Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
• Proven working experience as Production department in any Spinning Mills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, action-oriented approach to work and quick decision-making ability.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality with leadership skills.

Job Context:

We are a 100% export-oriented automated spinning mills, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of “Asst. Production Manager (APM)" Factory. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

• At first check the man power setup as a company rules.
• Short man power arrange from any way.
• Target production follow-up as per management instruction.
• Achieve plant utilization and production target along with quality.
• Have to work very closely with the whole production team to meet the
• Production target within the lead time.
• To motivate production team to achieve production target.
• In case major problems has come immediately inform to plant head and solve the problem.
• Ensure the quality of the yarn as per the yarn standard of buyer.
• Every section target production maintain as per management instruction.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of all employees.
• Ensure every month employees training.
• Wastage control as company rules.
• Good communication with another department.
• Good communication with marketing Team.
• All types of production related report should submit to plant head early in the morning.
• Monthly & yearly MIS report submitted to top management.          
• Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
