Should be able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
Proven working experience as Administration department in any Spinning/ Textile Company.
Strong oral and written communication skills, action-oriented approach to work and quick decision-making ability.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality with leadership skills.
Job Context
We are a 100% export-oriented automated spinning mills, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of “Asst. Manager/Manager (Admin)" Factory Office. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance activities.
Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in the aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
Handling of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issues.
Lead compliance team & ensure all requirement of BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, and OCS, OEKOTEX, ISO 9001:2015, Technical audit & Environment Audit.
Ensure & develop factories as per RSC (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow up
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
Have to ensure factory safety and security with the utmost professionalism.
To provide all kinds of administrative and logistic support to the compliance team to ensure smooth operation of child care as per law and buyer COC.
Security Compliance (C-TPAT) audit & safety audit:
Provide full support to the production team for maximum production.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
