Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our company.
∎ Must have hands-on experience in network cabling, Routing and Switching.
∎ Installing, implements, and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Should have experience with Wi-Fi device, Printer, CCTV, attendance device management.
∎ Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication.
∎ Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges.
