Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure individual Customer handling starting from sample development, order confirmation & production follow up to shipment
∎ Maintain regular communication with mother factory/wash factory/Print or Embroidery factory, trims/accessories suppliers and fabric supplier/mill to follow up on-time submission of all the required items as per buyer requirements & to make sure to in house all the bulk items for smooth supply chain flow of uninterrupted production.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customers & obtain all the required information from customer & provide to particular factory. Also arrange all the necessary approvals from buyer's end for smooth production.
∎ Guide factory to develop required samples, trims/accessories, embellishments correctly as per customer requirement.
∎ Attend 1st & 2nd inline inspection and highlight the production related issues to supervisor & to QA manager to sit with the factory management for fixing the issues
∎ Ensure follow up to resolve Merchandiser - QA meeting issues
∎ Maintain and monitor T&A/WIP chart to identify process delay and ensure on time information update in portal.Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Well conversant in English
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office Package
∎ Strong Product knowledge
∎ Good understanding on raw material sourcing
∎ Good negotiation skill
