Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Customer individually starting from order confirmation, sample development to shipment
∎ Prepare Garments costing
∎ Monitor production and resolve all order related issues
∎ Ensure Coordination and follow up with QC department, commercial department, garments factory, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment
∎ Ensure Continuous communication with customer
∎ Maintain and monitor T&A chart to identify process delay and ensure on time information update in portal
∎ Follow up of Merchandiser - QA meeting
∎ Maintain regular communication with Customer, Wash factory, Print or Embroidery factory, Accessories and Fabric supplier to ensure smooth production process and identify any process lag
∎ Develop sample upon customer requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Well conversant in English
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office Package
∎ Strong Product knowledge
∎ Good understanding on raw material sourcing
∎ Good negotiation skill
