Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
To plan, organize, and supervise the production operations of garment accessories such as tags, printed labels, heat transfer labels, Thermal Stickers, Size Strips, RFID stickers, paper hangers, Bow, Paper Box and Belly Bands ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in accordance with company standards and buyer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per order requirements.
Coordinate with planning, merchandising, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Supervise and guide the production team to achieve targeted output and maintain quality standards.
Ensure machines and printing/labeling equipment (e.g., flexo, offset, digital, screen printing, heat transfer) are operating efficiently.
Maintain proper workflow for each product type — tags, printed labels, RFID, and heat transfer labels.
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of production and inspection equipment.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports, efficiency analysis, and downtime records.
Maintain documentation for production orders, batch records, and quality logs
Ensure proper allocation of manpower according to production load.
