Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare all import quotes for customers and perform all shipment bookings with carriers.
∎ Maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation i.e. Maintain liaison with BEPZA, customs, C&F and other related Government officials.
∎ Plan and implement all import and export transportation strategies according to all supplier and customer demand and administer internal movement of all goods and ensure compliance to all government regulations.
∎ Knowledge about commercial activity of the export & import, Customs, Bonds, Bank documents preparation & submission etc.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank. Follow up the Shipment status as per plan.
∎ Responsible for overall functions of Commercial Department. Has to perform in all kinds of legal activities for BOND, Customs & Licensing.
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation with parties, payment realization etc.).
∎ Utilization Declaration (UD) and Utilization Permission (UP) related tasks.
∎ Provide all insurance on shipments and design and execute all corrective action plans for processes.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in Garments Accessories industry specially in Metal Trims.
Salary: Negotiable
