  1. 4+ years of experience in the service marketing field i.e telecom, MFS, bank, insurance, NBFI is preferable.
  2. Experience in agency management or, serving as the point of contact for the agency is required.
  3. Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical.
  4. Intermediate-level quantitative orientation.
  5. Have a proven track record of delivering business results.
  6. Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
  7. Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about the product.


Responsibilities & Context:

The purpose of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, driving business objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the position ensures seamless campaign implementation. Additionally, it involves optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring and performance tracking. Furthermore, the role focuses on generating leads through demand-generation campaigns and providing insightful reporting and analysis to improve marketing initiatives.

  1. Develop and execute end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  3. Efficiently manage and operate creative, digital, media, and PR agencies.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  5. Collaborate with business teams to craft and execute demand-generation campaigns.
  6. Contribute ideas and strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive lead generation.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Use analytic tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
