Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Supervision of Spare Parts Store.
∎ 2. Spare Parts and Machine/Material related gate pass/returnable gate pass monitoring.
∎ 3. After receiving the Spare parts/Machine/Material to do ERP Software (MRIR,PO Checking, issuing etc) processing and updating work and preparation for submitting MRIR/Bill to account section.
∎ 4. If it is necessary, Spare parts, Machine/material and others documents preparing and filing work.
∎ 5. For overall Factory it has done Spare parts and Machine/material’s “code as per ERP Software” making in the ‘Raw Material Item Setup’ of ERP Software.
∎ 6. Spare parts register/Mushok 6.1 register checking and monitoring work.
∎ 7. Spare parts delivery/receiving related work monitoring and execution to the subordinate and has done communication to Procurement department’s person and if t is necessary to communicate with the Transport/Supplier/Currier Service, some time with Public Bus.
∎ 8. About Spare parts delivery/receiving related subject-matter if show any problem/findings have done email/mobile corresponding to HO/Procurement department.
∎ 9. Quarterly/Monthly audit report of Spare parts stock also audit report on Gate/Security of spare/material, spare parts/material delivery report etc to do analysis on it and CAP making work.
∎ 10. ‘Spare parts stock’ and ‘Ledger stock’ in the ERP Software, issue requisition and issue report checking and monitoring work.
∎ 11. If any editing or correction on ERP Software job of spare parts related subject,then it has informed to the Software representative and those issue has solved by them.
∎ 12. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts including stock levels, reorder points, and lead times.
∎ 13. From the beginning to still now I have done renewing and processing work of Captive Power License and Waiver License of all generator in the factory.
