Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Graduate in any discipline/Diploma in Engineering in Automobile
∎ Skills Required: Transport Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct activities related to vehicle deploying, dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
∎ Review, reconcile the transportation cost, recommend cost effective transportations channel, and analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
∎ Ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced and ensure the smooth operation of the commercial fleet.
∎ Ensure smooth maintenance of the vehicles. Liaison with the workshops from time to time.
∎ Ensure the return trip of the vehicle to make the transport department cost effective.
∎ To prepare & implement transport policy for smooth operations & controlling the all commercial vehicles of Group.
∎ Overseeing the driver management, fuel management and etc.
∎ To ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
∎ Liaison with traffic department, BRTA, civil govt. administration for smooth transport operations.
∎ Ensure updated documentations related to fleet management, settle cases and look after accidental issues.
∎ Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures.
∎ Sound administrative action, training, motivates, coach and mentor transport drivers
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate having working experience in handling the operation and maintenance of large transport fleet of any group of companies shall be given priority.
∎ Should have ability to lead the operation including maintenance of huge transport fleet independently.
∎ Should have computer knowledge in operating Office Package
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, Able to take challenge.

Salary: Negotiable
