∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ CA Partly Qualified / M.Com (Accounting) / Honors or Masters in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for total internal Audit and function of all Unit/ Corporate Office/ Project and other office of the Group.
∎ Monitoring & checking of all types of expenditure.
∎ Ensure & Conduct monthly internal Compliance checking and prepare report with action plan for Audit remediation.
∎ Evaluation and ensuring proper internal control system in all areas.
∎ Preparing monthly internal audit plan while covering maximum risk areas.
∎ Communicate with Head of Audit regarding audit issues & planning.
∎ Submit the internal audit report with management response to the Board of Director.
∎ Make regularly visit to the Factory and Project.
∎ Monitor to the internal control & compliance procedure with companies rules and regulation on financial transaction and administrative activities.
∎ Audit & Inspection of various sister concern offices, factories including group head office according to management requirement.
∎ Prepare audit report and comments thereon as per internal control system.
∎ Physical stock verification and prepare report thereon.
∎ Identify all aspects of control systems on which it intends to rely and develop a review cycle;
∎ Evaluate those systems, identify inappropriate and inadequate controls and Recommend improvements in procedures and practices based on best practice;
∎ Recommend and advise on value for money and efficiency improvements as evident from reviews performed
∎ Pre-audited of all financial vouchers, bill etc. and follow-up the daily transactions which maintains by respective accounts department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience in related devision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management
∎ Very good typing skill in English and Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
