∎ B.Sc Engineering with at least 05 yrs experience or Diploma with at least 10 yrs experience

Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on estimating and costing of project materials, structural works, building repair materials, construction materials.
∎ Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
∎ Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability
∎ Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project
∎ Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client
∎ Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types
∎ Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.)
∎ Skill in BOQ preparation.
∎ Ensure quality as per requirement.
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good experience in costing & estimating.
∎ Should have aware with the construction materials, Quantity and their price.
∎ Should have knowledge in costing of materials & other commodities.
∎ Must be able to ascertain quantity required for each and prepare approximate estimate.
∎ Should have good analytical skill and team building skill.
∎ Skill in preparing different project report.
∎ Skill in Computer with Auto CAD and other programs/Engineering Software.
