∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ At least Graduation/Masters/ Post Graduation in any discipline
∎ Diploma in procurement/purchase would be given priority
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Paper, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, execution and maintain purchase department as per guidance of Senior Management
∎ Maintain smooth supply, delivery system for the Group
∎ Up to date stock entry & stock out, product reference update & preparing purchase policy.
∎ Purchase credit arrangement and payment management
∎ Performing the purchase functions and its methodology in time to time
∎ To keep liaison with local and foreign suppliers
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality materials with competitive price
∎ To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs
∎ Manage and control all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of materials for production
∎ Foster close working relationships with associated departments, Sales & Marketing, Factory etc.
∎ Ensuring on time delivery of all materials as per the production plan
∎ Any others job assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Access, etc.) and other Software
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
∎ Tendency to market study frequently
∎ Ability to bargain for maximum price discount
∎ Ability to physical verification of quality of materials
Salary: Negotiable
