Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience in SAP ERP (preferably in Material Management – MM module) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of material planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes in knit garments.
Ability to work with large data sets and generate reports using SAP and Excel
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience in handling vendor coordination and material follow-up is highly preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage material planning and material management activities for knit garment production
Ensure timely sourcing, allocation, and availability of all raw materials (yarn, fabrics, trims, and accessories) as per production plan
Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
Maintain accurate material tracking, stock updates, and reporting through SAP ERP system
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow
Handle material requirement planning (MRP) and ensure alignment with TNA timelines
Identify and resolve material-related issues to prevent production delays
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
Prepare and analyze reports on material consumption, stock status, and supply chain performance using SAP
Ensure proper documentation and system accuracy within SAP ERP
