Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend systems that meet the company's needs.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software architecture and microservices.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues in the production environment.
∎ Continuously improve the software development process by utilizing DevOps practices and tools like GitOps.
∎ Mentor and lead a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality code is delivered on time.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies into the development process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Contest/Competitive Programming is a must.
∎ Solid understanding of Computer Science, especially Data Structures and Algorithms.
∎ Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Python and JavaScript.
∎ Deep understanding of software architecture and microservices.
∎ Experience in maintaining production-grade code and DevOps practices like CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
∎ Familiarity with OpenStack.
