Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible for managing the HR & Admin related activities of Head Office under the guidance of senior management officials.
∎ Organize and maintain personnel records
∎ Update factory internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
∎ Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
∎ Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
∎ Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
∎ Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
∎ Assist Central HR department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. attendance, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
∎ Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Application suite
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have experience in Head Office HR and Administration
