Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales asst. manager, sr. executive and executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 3 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Job Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
