Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven sales experience in multinational or top notch reputed local companies of Bangladesh.
∎ Strong leadership skills including coaching and development of highly skilled sales professionals.
∎ Advanced knowledge of online advertising sales including targeted display across multiple platforms, search, social media, website development, video and analytic.
∎ Previous media sales experience, preferably digital or competitive media such as radio, TV or agency experience.
∎ Extensive knowledge of digital devices and applications.
∎ Proven presentation skills to diverse audiences from local business owners to marketing decision makers and C-suite executives.
∎ Efficient time management skills must be self-motivated and directed with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects with rapidly changing priorities and product portfolio.
∎ Highly skilled and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint). Experience in additional presentation software would be a bonus.
∎ Should have crystal clear idea about the real estate and media industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 4-8 years' experience working with key customers.
∎ A minimum of 4 years' leadership experience.
∎ Experience to lead and supervise complex team of multi dimensional people.
∎ Must be TARGET ORIENTED and ability to meet deadline
∎ Experience on real estate, advertising, media industry is a plus
