∎ Candidates having real estate sales experience presently in Bashundhara R/A will be given preference.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English and Bangla.
∎ Computer proficiency.

∎ Self lead generation, Customer follow up, visit customer and project sites.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Searching for new clients and maintaining good business relations with the existing clients.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Work in a team and individually effectively in complex situations.
∎ Execute all Sales activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Responding to customer complaints and comments.
∎ Negotiation and sales closing skills.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
