We are looking for some smart, ambitious and target oriented professionals for our sales Department.

• Lead and execute end-to-end apartment sales transactions (lead generation to deal closing)

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified buyers and investors

• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations with high-value clients

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, and channel partners

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead conversion optimization

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during transaction closure

• Mentor junior sales team members and drive performance culture
