  • Strong leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving capability



Responsibilities & Context:

Japan Technology & Construction Ltd. (JTCL) Real Estate Bangladesh Limited is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Business Operation, who will look after Logistics, Documentation & Liaison. The incumbent will be responsible for managing project profiling, project proposal, project logistics, regulatory documentation, authority liaison, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and timely execution of real estate and construction projects.

  • Prepare and maintain all project-related legal, utility, land, and authority documentation.

  • Liaison with RAJUK, WASA, DESCO/DPDC, Fire Service, Environment Department, City Corporation, Land Office, and Sub-Registrar Office.

  • Follow up for plan approvals, utility connections, NOCs, occupancy certificates, mutation, and registration documents.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customer service teams for handover and registration support.

  • Prepare periodic MIS, status reports, and documentation progress reports for management.

  • Support management in resolving regulatory, authority, and documentation-related issues.

  • Ensure smooth processing of approvals, utility connections, occupancy certificates, and legal paperwork.

  • Follow up with external agencies to reduce project approval lead time.

  • Support management in dispute resolution and official communication.

  • Assist the Managing Director in business development initiatives

  • Prepare comprehensive project profiles and development concepts.

  • Develop project proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
