Suncor Holding Ltd. is looking for a smart, well-organized, presentable, and responsible Female Office Secretary to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Chairma & BOD.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, good computer knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman.
Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Organize and maintain important documents, files, correspondence, and records.
Prepare letters, official communications, notices, reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain proper filing systems, both physical and digital.
Handle incoming calls, emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman when required.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, business associates, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Communicate instructions from the Chairman to concerned personnel and follow up when necessary.
Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses to important matters.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare necessary documents and information before meetings.
Maintain meeting schedules and ensure timely reminders.
Assist with meeting arrangements, visitors, and hospitality requirements.
Handle confidential business and personal information with the highest level of discretion.
Maintain secure records of sensitive documents and correspondence.
Ensure important documents and information are properly organized and readily available when required.
Exercise sound judgment when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
Assist with official travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, tickets, and itineraries when required.
Coordinate travel-related documents and schedules.
Provide assistance with other official or management-related tasks as assigned by the Chairman.
Follow up on tasks, instructions, pending matters, and commitments assigned by the Chairman.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare updates and status reports whenever required.
Maintain a clear record of pending and completed assignments.
Maintain an organized and professional working environment around the Chairman’s office.
Receive and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Support the Chairman in day-to-day administrative activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman or Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, English, or any relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Strong English communication and writing skills will be preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Executive, or similar role.
Good hold of using AI tools for workplace.
Previous experience working directly with a Chairman, Managing Director, Director, CEO, or senior management will be highly preferred.
Candidates with strong corporate office experience will receive preference.
Excellent Bangla and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet applications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Smart, presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Salary: Starting from BDT 25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and suitability.

The selected candidate will initially be appointed on a probationary period of 3–4 months from the date of joining.
Upon successful completion of the probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance, conduct, and overall suitability, the employee will be confirmed as a permanent employee of Suncor.
Upon confirmation, the employee will continue to receive the same salary unless otherwise decided by Management.
