•  Sound product knowledge and offer the right product to the right prospects.

• Meeting with prospective clients, presenting the product, and maturing sales.

• Achievement of sales target.

• Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.

• Punctual in data and time management.

• Participating in marketing campaigns/sales fairs when required.

• Frequent outdoor visits to the customers.

• Creating relationships with prospective customers.

• Work within one’s own corporate culture

• Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.

• Searching for new clients and maintaining good business relations with the existing clients.

• Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
