Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Chemistry / B.Sc in Chemical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with Compliance and maintain data as per suggestion of Factory Compliance Head.
∎ Oversee field examinations and report hazardous locations and materials.
∎ Maintain management information systems which identify the location of hazardous sites, chemical inventories, and complaint investigations.
∎ Develop and recommend solutions to eliminate pollution and environmental hazards.
∎ Design and implement effective employee training programs.
∎ Collect and analyze test samples of soil, water, Noise and air.
∎ Perform research and report your findings on the current environmental conditions.
∎ Prepare clear and detailed written reports about field inspections.
∎ Implement spill prevention programs and hazardous waste regulations.
∎ Proper and Clear Knowledge about Chemical Management.
∎ Have to proper knowledge about HIGG Environment, Inditex - GTW, RTM, GOTS, OCS, ZDHC and other Buyers requirements.
∎ Training of employees for a significant impact on Environment, Safety & Health
∎ Any other task assigned by Management Day by Day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, interpretations, and health and safety programs.
∎ Aptitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Outstanding analytical abilities.
∎ Must well Computer Knowledge
∎ Good Computer & Communication skill.
