Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving & ensuring the data & documents of a specific style from the merchandising department to examine & proceed for sample printing.
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemical to be used, color sequences & any other instruction from the buyer's or customers.
∎ Taking initiative for Correction of misprinted materials, using materials such as chemical, frame or solvents.
∎ Inspect and examine the printed products coordination with the quality team for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
∎ Maintain and process the sample report and submit the report to the merchandising department & the management.
∎ Examine, supervise & report the costing of the chemical & others.
∎ Monitor & follow up the wash test of the sample & take initiative accordingly.
∎ Monitoring & Supervising the recipe, blend, chemicals and solvents of the printing sample according to style specifications.
∎ Schedule the sample according the style & grade wise.
∎ Arrange the sample to deliver to the relevant merchandising team & management for bulk approval, before proceeding for mass production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in printing production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used MS software
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
