∎ Candidates must have experience in Accurate Sample Development, Sample and CAD, Sample Technical area.

∎ Skills & Expertise:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure understanding of technical concept guidelines and guarantee that samples meet customer standards.
∎ Understand and monitor pattern grading, quality machines, and measurements.
∎ Review customer comments and ensure clear communication to sample operators.
∎ Align with merchandisers to track the sample plan and guarantee timely delivery.
∎ Communicate with internal and external parties to meet customer demands.
∎ Inspect sample quality during production to ensure all standards are adhered to.
∎ Identify critical operations and implement necessary improvements.
∎ Conduct PP meetings and guide production teams for seamless bulk production.
∎ Provide specific instructions to the cutting department regarding special cutting methods.
∎ Take charge of pilot inspections, initial inspections, and production sample checks.
∎ Collaborate with the Molding Head and the internal pattern team to finalize fabric mold parameters based on bulk fabrications.
∎ Liaise with central team to resolve any issues before commencing bulk production.
∎ Continuously follow up with central, quality, production, merchandisers, and IE to address and report garment defects.
