• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms

• Age At least 24 years
• Only Male

• Proven track record in sales & marketing, preferably in rental business of engineering products, projects, tender, contract business etc.

• Sound knowledge in generator and construction machinery equipments

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate technical HR information clearly and concisely

• Ability to work independently and willing to take challenge

• Adept in MS Office

• Ability to coordinate, report preparation, presentation on project progress

• Full mobility to travel

• Generate leads and acquire new business
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeated business
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Develop and execute sales & marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure fleet availability and readiness
• Exploring & preparing tender and submission for Gas Generator spares business
• Coordinate with service and project team for site inspection, BOQ estimation, project installation & commissioning, supervision etc. based on project scope
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
• Generate sales and forecasts report
