Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function from sewing in-put to final inspection within assign area.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing:
∎ Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
∎ Attend PP Meeting, Make risk assessment report
∎ Conducts Trial/Size set review & report, 1st production report at sewing & finishing.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Meeting on daily highest 3 defects & Make action plan to reduce defective percentage
∎ Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can be met.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Quality Group Head or Head of QAD.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

∎ Establish, monitor and follow-up Critical Path / Time & Action Plan.
∎ Have to be a good Team Player & Leadership quality to lead the team.
∎ Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.
