∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of cutting management in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good communication skills;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationships;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As per Merchandiser recap & cutting report must following Style / color / wash and quantity;
∎ As must making production summary of all department & meet to submit all relevant Manager for their reference;
∎ Ensure and follow up daily production report;
∎ Ensure and follow up day wise monthly production report;
∎ Ensure and follow up statement of Cutting, Production, Washing & Finishing report;
∎ Introducing and formulation of departmental SOP, revise, modify/updating the current one as necessary, communicating to users and to monitor its compliance;
∎ Ensure shipment date wise, color wise, P;O wise delivery & received;
∎ Follow up and make sure shipment date and garments received from washing plant;
∎ Ensure washed Garments counting & make the report as per style & color wise;
∎ Daily Finishing production & rejection report monitoring;
∎ Ensure finishing input as per shade wise and update account on the register;
∎ Ensure and maintain rejection report;
∎ All rejection report must be sent to the relevant managers for their reference & make necessary action;
∎ Introducing and using KPI tools for the respective department’s Performance Measuring at different session;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean, tidy & safe environment at work site;
∎ Maintain good industrial relation and take proper initiative towards worker retention and to reduce unauthorized absenteeism;
∎ Prepare quarterly operation and capex budget with utmost care so that it represents near to actual;
∎ Submit budget to Costing and Budgeting unit within declared timeframe;
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
