• 8+ years of experience in Production, Quality, and Supply Chain within a reputed manufacturing company. Must have experience with denim products.

• Should have excellent speaking and writing skill in English & Bangla.

• Especially experience need BPQI - Target USA customers.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point & Email communication.

• Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen well and communicate effectively with others.

• Should have good analytical decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all stitching & washing work meets the company’s & buyers quality standards and specifications.

• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors to communicate production, quality & washing requirements, deadlines, and overall expectations.

• Production Scheduling: Follow-up & monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of stitched & washed products.

• Material Supply Management: Ensure that subcontractors have the necessary materials/ Accessories and resources for stitching & washing operations.

• Cost Control: Monitor and manage costs associated with stitching & washing subcontract operations to ensure profitability.

• Compliance: Ensure that subcontractors comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of subcontractors, ensuring they meet productivity, quality, and wash deadline targets.

• Problem Resolution: Address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the stitching & wash process, including technical or operational challenges.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production progress, materials used, and costs, and report to management as required.

• QAFA & CMA: Monitoring and managing all activities within the organization to ensure that they are carried out correctly according to relevant requirements.

• Training and Development: Training and developing organization employees to meet the customer requirements.

• Voice of Guest: Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction with ZERO claims.
