∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ BSC in IPE/Apparel Manufacturing/Textile Technology from reputed university.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strickly maintain TNA plan to meet PCD and ontime materials inhouse.
∎ Collaborate with Merchandising, Commercial, Procurement and Inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
∎ Assist the Planning Manager in developing and maintaining a detailed production schedule based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and available resources.
∎ To assess production capacity and resource availability to meet production targets.
∎ Help adjust plans to maximize machine and labor utilization.
∎ Support the prioritization and allocation of resources to high-priority orders to meet customer commitments.
∎ Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
∎ To identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in production planning and scheduling.
∎ Collaborate with the Planning Manager and sales and marketing teams to develop accurate production forecasts.
∎ Collaborate closely with the planning team, including production planners and schedulers, to support their initiatives.Assist in analyzing production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Help generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
