Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to establish realistic production timelines and capacity planning.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
∎ Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
∎ Resource Allocation: Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources efficiently, including machines, and materials.
∎ Communication and Coordination: Foster effective communication channels between various departments, including production, procurement, and quality control.
∎ Act as a liaison between production and sales teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the production planning and scheduling processes.
∎ Implement best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.
∎ Implement, follow and improve system of planning.
∎ Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to integrate quality standards into the production planning process.
∎ Ensure that production plans align with quality requirements and standards.
∎ Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and reports to assess production performance and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Generate regular reports on key performance indicators related to production planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in using planning and ERP software.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
