∎ Age at least 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure local & overseas materials handling with standard lead time and comply with company policy.
∎ Sample procedure and sample follow-up individually.
∎ Communicate with overseas to ensure all technical pkg and sample materials are before the deadline.
∎ Coordinates with BD factories technical team to fill customer requirements.
∎ Production follow-up and ensure 100% shipment on time.
∎ Involve different types of testing (Top/ORT/others).
∎ Fit comment collection/record keeping and transfer to technical & QA team on time and ensure all are going smooth.
∎ Monthly update stock materials and report to overseas/local colleagues along with all direct and indirect materials.
∎ Work Experience with Mark & Spencer Buyer at least 5 years.
