Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for e-Governance and digital public service initiatives

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders at national and regional levels

·       Prepare and manage large-scale project documentation, including:

·       Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

·       Contracts

·       Proposal submissions

·       Project reports and stakeholder documents

·       Monitor and support integrated marketing activities for e-Governance initiatives

·       Design and manage campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, communications, and government liaison units

·       Organize and support workshops, seminars, and awareness programs for digital government initiatives

·       Ensure alignment with government communication protocols and compliance standards

·       Coordinate with government stakeholders to promote citizen-centric digital services.

Eligibility Criteria

·       At least 3-5 years of experience in retable field is required

·       Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to manage documentation and work in multi-stakeholder environments

·       Understanding of digital government systems and public sector workflows is an advantage

·       Strong organizational and analytical abilities
