Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work with IT based products.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services offered by the company.
∎ Manage teams working on responses.
∎ Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship
∎ Actively identify opportunities to introduce other Company services, thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each customer's business portfolio
∎ Identify and develop new sales enquiries and convert into profitable new business
∎ Maintain documentation and materials in support and evidence of the above objectives
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Acquire and feed market information to supervisors and pertinent departments.
∎ Record and maintain all related information of potentials. Create and explore new sales channel.
∎ Source out new clients.
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
