Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up factory quality control process for quality system improvements;
∎ Manage the quality control of denim fabrics from grey yarn to fabric inspection;
∎ Prepare production schedule as per order status;
∎ Supervise the production as shift wise;
∎ Train the subordinate/asst. for better and smooth production;
∎ Coordinate with all department head for good production;
∎ Prepare yarn sheet appearance as and when necessary;
∎ Calibration check after uses of instruments;
∎ Prepare production report as and when necessary;
∎ Prepare report for re-used chemical & before drain to inform utility department;
∎ Handle buyers complain regarding any quality issues;
∎ Maintain & supervise the quality control team;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: At least 07 years of work experiences as a quality controller (denim fabric) in local or global organization;
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent's those who have work experience of textile industry will get preferences.
∎ Languages: Fluent written and spoken in English and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency - particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
∎ Knowledge: Moderate knowledge of Information Technology working procedures.
