1. Bachelor/ Master`s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related subject from a reputed College / University.·

• Age At least 28 years

1. Ability to Troubleshooting & work under pressure.·        
2. Sound knowledge of computer operation (MS Office management).        
3. Good morale value with ethical commitment;·         
4. Well-behaved, convincing & positive attitude.

1. Handling project-based Import Shipments of assigned Clients, including transit, delivery from port to destination, and customs clearance

2. Handling project-based Reexport/Temporary Export Shipments of assigned Clients, including customs clearance and delivery from destination to port

3. Preparing documents and participating in various tenders assigned by Management

4. Documenting required for obtaining necessary transit permission from various authorities including Customs, Collection of Delivery Order from Shipping Lines, and so on.

5. Communicating & following up with Concerned Government Officials for Import Permission (IP)/Export Permission (EP), Tax Exemption (TE), and other necessary permissions.

6. Submitting Import Permit Request at Office of Chief Controller of Imports and Exports (CCI&E) through OLM System

7. Planning delivery schedule by meeting up with port/shipping line free times and following up on transport arrangements and gate passes at the site.

8. Following up on the Unloading Process at the job site to ensure the completion in a timely manner.

9. Sending documents for customs clearance and following up the process including payment of Tax/DF VAT

10. Preparing and Submitting bills to Clients/ Checking various bills relating to shipments e.g. C&F bills, Transport Bills, etc.

11. Keeping records of outstanding debts & communicating with clients for payment schedules.

12. Handling customers' questions/queries or complaints

13. Preparing and submitting Price Quotation and Contracting with new Clients

14. Communicating with Shipping Lines, Airlines, other Freight forwarders, Co-loaders, Govt. Officials (Explosive Dept., Custom Officials, and so on) for synchronization in operation.

15. Coordinating with the Accounts Department, Transport Department Coworkers, and other Branch Offices for optimized and smooth operation

16. Maintain & Update Shipment database regularly

17. Other tasks assigned by Management
