Job Responsibilities:
∎ Role Summary:
∎ New e-Commerce & f-Commerce merchant acquiring, technical integration, training & maintain a business relationship with merchants for continuous business growth and value addition to the upay
∎ Expand upay e-Commerce & f-Commerce acquiring network through Signing-up new potential merchants as per target
∎ Ensure target (integration, transaction and revenue).
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire new e-Commerce & f-Commerce upay merchants, integration and provide training to new & existing merchants.
∎ Maintain strong business relationship with upay Merchants through support service for increasing merchant base and business growth.
∎ Drive business development and ensure smooth acceptance of upay at the merchant points in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure all merchant queries are effectively handled.
∎ Actively involved in promotions and campaigns with merchants to achieve high acquiring and transaction growth for upay business.
∎ Visit merchants to promote upay transactions.
∎ Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations
∎ Explore new business avenue
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years + experience to run Acquiring Business / any other relevant business independently in a complex and growing environment.
∎ Developing & building skills in all aspects of Acquiring business, especially on online acquiring business.
∎ Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations.
∎ The highest standards knowledge on Acquiring & MFS Products as well as technical competencies.
