Job Context:
∎ This is a head office based position and the incumbent will be responsible for quality assurance of fabric in all stages as per buyer requirement.
∎ Job Location - Savar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Buyer's representative in front of factory employees.
∎ Ensure Quality of the Fabric, and no compromise with the Fabric Quality.
∎ Familiar with 4 point fabric Inspection system.
∎ Clear knowledge on knitting to Finished fabric process defect & excellent problem solving ability.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as shade colors fastness & other quality parameters.
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system.
∎ Coordinate with the Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Merchandising, Garments & other related Departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on fabric type, composition, GSM etc
∎ Good knowledge on Dyeing Process.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
